Mermaid Water & Plumbing & Adam were fantastic. They arrived on time, were very professional, explained everything to me, cleaned up after themselves, and worked with me on financing at 0% for a year. I would recommend this company for whole house water softeners, reverse osmosis systems and water heaters (the work I had done) and likely any other plumbing work you need done. I felt like I was treated honestly and fairly from sales to install.

Response from the owner:Dear Jeff, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had a fantastic experience with Adam and our team. It’s great to know that our professionalism and commitment to clear communication made a positive impact during your service. We truly appreciate your recommendation for our plumbing services, and we look forward to helping you with any future projects! Best regards, The Mermaid Water & Plumbing Team

We have been using Mermaid Water for about 15 years now and they have always been quick to respond, respectful of property, easy to work with, and we have never had a bad experience with anyone from the office or any service technician. When we moved into our new home they were the first people we thought of when considering what kind of water treatment system we needed. I recommend them everytime someone mentions that they are considering a water treatment system.

Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear about your positive experience with Mermaid Water. Our team strives to provide knowledgeable and friendly service, from our office to sales to installation, and it’s gratifying to know we met your expectations. Thank you for being part of the Mermaid Family!
